I am so happy you’re here.  For more than twenty-five years, I’ve dedicated my life and career to helping people improve their health, well-being, and happiness. Through individual coaching and support, leading classes and workshops, designing and testing programs, and integrating this work with training in intuitive guidance, I have helped thousands of people better their lives and health. As a certified coach, I guide people along their pathways to transformation, health, happiness, and living their soul’s vision. My deep mission is to serve: to support people in overcoming beliefs and barriers to life changes and challenges, and possibly the most important piece: to know and believe that we all deserve to live into our dreams.
